The Straight Arrow Homes' staff has been dedicated to fulfilling our clients' housing needs for over 15 years. Our extensive experience in the real estate field within the Greater Seattle Area allows us to undertake projects of all shapes and sizes!
Our Co-Founders
Clint Mead
Clint has 35 years of entrepreneurial experience in real estate development, operating companies, and venture funding in the Seattle area. He is a currently licensed real estate broker in King County in the State of Washington.
Clint holds a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Washington and is a former member of the UW Tyee Board. Philanthropically, Clint is involved in many things and is at the forefront of the Annual Salvation Army Bell Ringing Kick-off fundraiser, of which he is chairman.
Clint began working with his father, Herb T. Mead and historically they evaluated real estate investments, then broadened to a broad variety of venture capital investments, including most recently Aquor, OxyScience, Straight Arrow Homes, Mead Homes, Mead Investments, and Emerald City Smoothie. He also Serves on the Board of Directors for Aquor. Clint took over the business from his father in 2000.
Chris Reed
Chris Reed has a lifetime of construction and construction management experience. Chris hails from the Seattle area and with his vast number of contacts in the business, he has worked tirelessly to assemble a qualified, knowledgeable, and hardworking construction team.
Chris is actively involved in all construction projects, services, and decisions. He has been working with Mead Investments/Mead Homes on projects for over 5 years and in 2019 Straight Arrow Homes was formed as a joint venture with Mead Investments/Mead Homes.
Rich Conlon
Rich brings extensive expertise in residential plumbing, overseeing on-site operations with a focus on quality and precision.
Jada Lee
Jada Lee graduated from University of Washington after studying Art and Art History. She started her design career in 2008.
With a passion for creating timeless and functional spaces, Jada Lee leads the interior design projects at Straight Arrow Homes. She brings a refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to blend style with practicality, ensuring each home reflects the unique personality and lifestyle of its owners.
Jada’s expertise in selecting finishes, color palettes, and furnishings results in beautiful, cohesive interiors that elevate the overall experience of each custom build.
